How To Use Lemon as a Medicine

You should take lemon juice every day. Squeeze about 3 lemons in 1 day. Your liver will be healthy, you’ll manage to treat kidney diseases etc. lemon is also a very strong calming remedy.

Heart:

Use 3 lemons. Squeeze them, Combine them with 1 teaspoon of salt. Transfer the mixture in a small bottle. Then, shake it until you see white bubbles coming out on the surface. Take 1 tablespoon of this remedy on every hour.

Colds:

Dandruff and Seborrhea:

Squeeze several lemons and apply the juice on your scalp and hair roots. Massage gently. Let it stay on your hair for 30 minutes. After that, you can rinse it away. This procedure should be repeated 2 times a weak. You can also combine the water with several drops of thyme, sesame, wort or flaxseed essential oil and you’ll prevent hair breakage.
