- 100 gr. honey
Just mix the honey and turmeric in a jar, then store it in a cold and dark spot. If you’re down with the flu or cold, take ½ a tablespoon of the remedy every 60 minutes during the first day. Take the same amount every couple of hours on the second day, and ½ a tablespoon of the remedy 3 times during the third day. Follow the course of the treatment and you should eliminate the infection in less than a week.
