Boil the water in a bigger pot, then add the cup of rice. Cook the mixture with a lid on the pot for about 15 minutes, then let it cool down. Next, mix the water and rice in a blender, then add the honey and sunflower seeds and blend again. Add a pinch of cinnamon in the end and enjoy this tasty and healthy breakfast meal.

Note: if you want to always have rice milk at hand, you can make a bigger amount and keep it in the fridge for 2-3 days.
