Joint and Bone Pain Remedy


  • 1 cm. of turmeric root
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 5 or 6 carrots
  • 2 cm of fresh ginger root


The turmeric and ginger should be grated. Combine them with the other ingredients in a blender. You should blend them until you obtain a homogenous mixture. This amount would be enough for 1 day.


Use from 50 to 60 ml. of this remedy half an hour before having a meal 3 times a day. In case you think the remedy is very thick, dilute it with a little bit of water.

Additional tip:

You can also use another mixture which is great in the case of bone and joint pain. It contains ulmaria, horsetail and nettle. These are plants with very powerful analgesic effects and they will help you repair the joints as well as regenerate your bones.
