  • 1 cm. of turmeric root
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 5 or 6 carrots

The turmeric and ginger should be grated. Combine them with the other ingredients in a blender. You should blend them until you obtain a homogenous mixture. This amount would be enough for 1 day.

Use:

Use from 50 to 60 ml. of this remedy half an hour before having a meal 3 times a day. In case you think the remedy is very thick, dilute it with a little bit of water.
