Super Greens Pesto Sauce
- 3 peeled garlic cloves
- 2 cups of fresh packed basil
- 2 or 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 3 or 4 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- 1 scoop of Organifi Green Juice Powder
- 3 tbsp of water (if you need more, you can add it)
- ¼ tsp of sea salt or more
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
Note: The ingredients are for 1 cup approximately.
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender or a food processor. You can keep it in the fridge for 1 week. If you freeze it into an ice tray, it will stay for 1 month.
