10 Simple Home Remedies For Dry, Cracked Heels

Rose Water, Salt, Glycerin and Lemon

These ingredients will help you prepare a nice mask for the dry skin on your heels or you can use it as a cream!

Take 1teaspoon of pure glycerin and 1 teaspoon of rose water with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Soak your feet with this mixture or just put it on your feet before you go to bed and put on some cotton socks. The feet should be rinsed away the following morning.

Use this foot soak before you decide to use the treatment: mix lemon juice, hot water, glycerin, crude salt and rose water. Your feet should be soaked in this for 20 minutes.

Vegetable Oil

Vegetable oils eliminate dead skin cells and soften your heels right away. Put it on your dry skin and put on some cotton socks. Rinse the oil away the following morning. The treatment can be repeated for several times.

Avocado and Banana

Bananas are filled with healing properties. The pulp of a ripe banana will repair any damage caused by dead skin. Mash a banana and put it on your dry skin. Let it stay on for 10 minutes. You’ll be amazed with the results.
